REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

  • Cash refunds are not available for COD orders; instead, store credit will be provided.

  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • If an item is out of stock after payment, a full refund will be issued.
